DEEREST RANCH

Deerest Ranch offers trophy Axis, Blackbuck and Fallow hunts. Axis hunts can be booked year around, however May through September is when we have the largest number of hard horn bucks to choose from. Our fallow bucks we will hunt during the whitetail deer season when they are “hard horn”. The ranch is under an extensive management program to aid in the production of some of the largest bucks around.

At Deerest Ranch, we believe that we need to be better than the rest in all aspects of what we do. We allow our hunters to hunt with their choice of rifle or bow. The hunts are fully guided and will be conducted from a blind or by spot and stalk.

 

Our team consists of well experienced guides that will go above and beyond the limits to allow our hunters to have an excellent opportunity to harvest a trophy exotic. The terrain provides the perfect habitat for our exotic’s while also offering exceptional views.

Deerest Ranch Trophy Exotic Hunts are All-Inclusive. This includes all meals, lodging, guide, proper care of game, transportation around ranch, and fishing for 3 days.

Guests/non-hunters are welcome $100. Guest day rate includes lodging, meals, and ranch amenities.

Pricing and availability is limited, therefore certain deer may be individually priced.

HUNTS

Hunter will arrive after lunch on the first afternoon, but prior to sunset so we can sight in your riffle at our range to prepare for your evening hunt. All of our hunts are fully guided. Our guides are all experienced and will make every effort to make your hunt the memory of a lifetime.

WHAT IS INCLUDED:
Lodging(depending on type of hunt) and homemade meals, professional guide service, field dressing, skinning, caping of your trophy, cold storage, and quartering your trophy into a large ice chest (ice chest provided by hunter).

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:
* Texas Hunting License, Hunter Education Card (if required, for details see the TPWD website).
* Rifle and ammunition
* Camera
* Rain gear and hunting clothes for weather conditions ranging from 20 to 65 degrees.
* Alcoholic beverages
* Large ice chest to transport your trophy.

* Fishing Poles
 

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED:
Shipping or transportation of your harvested animal to a taxidermist or processor, taxidermist or processing charges, guide gratuities, and/or alcoholic beverages.
 

WOUNDED ANIMAL:
We will make every effort to find a wounded animal. If meat, hair, or blood are drawn this will be considered a harvest.  If we find your deer at a later date we will contact you to address shipment of your trophy.

Other Rules and Regulations:

- All hunters are required to sign the Hunter’s Liability Release Form prior to the start of all hunts.

- All hunters are required to sight-in their guns at the ranch prior to the start of all hunts.

-No alcoholic beverages during hunts

** 50% Deposit is due upon booking and balance paid in full before leaving ranch. 

** Full refund available if cancellation of hunt is 30 days prior to arrival date.
